HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Your parcel will take around 3-4 weeks to arrive at your door.

3. Free Shipping + Insurance: 6.99$

  • For orders over 50$.
  • Free shipping.
  • Your parcel will be insured from loss, theft, defective and more with a full support insurance plan.

4. Standard Shipping + Insurance: 9.99$

  • For orders under 50$.
  • Standard shipping.
  • Your parcel will be insured from loss, theft, defective and more with a full support insurance plan.

5. Expedited Shipping: 12.99$

  • Express shipping.
  • Shipping by DHL and takes around 12-16 days to arrive at your door.

6. Expedited Shipping + Insurance14.99$

  • Express shipping.
  • Your parcel will be insured from loss, theft, defective and more with a full support insurance plan.

TRACKING NUMBER

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after 14 days since your order has been placed. You can track it right here or if you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our Customer Support Team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

The tracking number can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order due to this sensitive situation. If the tracking number is still not working for a week, please contact our Customer Support Team for checking as soon as possible.

NOTE:

Insurance is not mandatory, but your package may be lost, stolen, or damaged while out for delivery or if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (are more likely to be stolen). So we offer you to choose Insurance to ensure your order.

In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee and inform them this charge for keeping track of it.

The delivery time might last a bit longer (7-10 days) during the busy season and pandemic situation.

❈ Can I track my package?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email in around 14 days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team here as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist!

If it has been more than 7 days your tracking data is still not updating, please contact us via [email protected] for checking.

❈ I never received my package, what should I do?

If the tracking shows package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after the day you placed the order, contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

❈ Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Since our prices exclude country-specific taxes (e.g. VAT) and customs fees after a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. However, duties and taxes are calculated and changed by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

❈ How much will customs charges be for my country?

Please note that the prices shown on this website do not include customs duties, fees or taxes. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

Any packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and be charged 20% as a handling fee.

❈ What is a Customs Invoice?

Please don't be surprised if there is an invoice with prices different from the price you bought in parcel because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance, and your shipment can leave the country without one.
